Brian and his team were absolutely astounding! Schedule appointment 9am these guys had yard cleared by 6:30am. Came and cleared rubbish from a building remodel and I would always use pro touch solutions as my go to for any trashout, moving jobs.

Brian & his moving team were amazing for the long distance moving job they did for me. Pickup was in Detroit MI, and he moved me and my family into my single family home here in chicago IL. Was very early and efficient great guy would highly recommend.

1. Over an hour late. We had to reach out to the gentleman to confirm he was late.
2. Disposed of drawers in our alley vs taking it away.
3. We did have a couch with roaches, refused to take it understandably but charged more even though the couch never went into his van.
4. Through couch pillows off of balcony vs just bagging them up. And disposing at once
5. Multiple trips.
