Business Consulting
Teri came in when we were struggling with figuring out what our next step should be in growing our small design company. She was very patient listening to us ramble about our uncertainty etc... She offered some very sound suggestions which worked extremely well for us. Highly recommend her services.

Business Consulting
She really did a great job. She's fast too. Spot on analysis and left us with a plan we could execute ourselves. Saved us a ton. Don't let her rate out you off.

Terri presented The Business of Universities for a workshop for our Academic Leadership for Women in Engineering. Terri did a great job by preparing for ways to interact and keep attendees engaged throughout her presentation.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$250 / hour $1750 per day retainer 10 hours $2500
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will speak with the client at no cost for up to an hour to determine what is needed. Once we agree upon a course of action we can determine how payment will be managed. I am amenable to NDA agreements and can provide a simple engagement contract. I have no set method but often will request an opportunity to survey or speak with employees about issues to help me locate the best solutions for my client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have four engineering degrees: BS CHE, MENG, MS Engineering Management and Doctorate Engineering Management. I have a patent for process design. I was a practicing engineer for 10 years with P&G and Pepsi and then became a Business college faculty member teaching operations for 30 years. In my role as faculty I continued to consult with manufacturers, hospitals and service providers, as well as city developers. I have trained supervisors and line operators and faculty. I have installed multi-million dollar projects and managed many small and large cost savings projects. I have supervised large systems and developed business plans for small businesses. I ran a 23 million revenue college on two locations in the last six years and was responsible for the success of thousands of students. I built my Chicago network in that job and now have Investors, consultants and bankers on my linked in network upon whom I call for advice or connect to my clients when there is a need.
