Very professional service. Mr. Lufrano was able to reply to all of our inquiries thoroughly and promptly. As an attorney myself (not real estate), I recognize and appreciate his knowledge in his area of law.Mar 11, 2017
Chris was very responsive with any question we had on the closing process. His answers were thorough and accurate. As a real estate attorney, Chris' experience made the closing go very smoothly. He was very organized and did not have to scramble at the last minute which was reassuring. I would highly recommend himMar 10, 2017
Real Estate Attorney
Chris was great as our attorney for our first home purchase. The seller and his attorney were being very slow and unresponsive and Chris kept on top of everything. At closing he went through all the documents we were signing and explained everything in detail.Jan 17, 2020Verified
Real Estate Attorney
Lufrano law did an incredible job with the closing of my property. My property was located in another state and Christopher helped make my virtual close a seamless process. His attention to detail and correspondence, even on weekends, was truly amazing! I highly recommend Christopher and his team for all real estate transactions. Thank you Lufrano law.Jul 30, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our fees are transparent and reasonable. For real estate closings and estate planning services, we have a flat fee that’s dependent on the circumstances of your matter. For investment litigation, the attorney fee is a contingent fee as a % of the outcome of the case (we have no fee if we don't recover). You will always know where we stand because we will put our fees in writing at the beginning of the representation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We try to make the process of buying or selling a home as easy as possible. From the start we will email you with all of the unique steps involved in your closing, depending on the property, location, etc. Most closings follow the same set of steps, including: attorney modification, inspection review, appraisal contingency, loan approval, title review, and closing. We will walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We work with first-time home buyers, sellers, individuals, small businesses.
