- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
50% Down Payment to lock me in for your event. Can pay the remaining balance day of event or before. Travel expenses are included in my fees! I have different prices for different equipment needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is Key. I try to talk to the customer directly to understand what he or she needs for their event. I respond quicker with text/or calls and im open for emails. I let the customer know all transactions will be done through Square. If the customer has a set playlist or songs they want to be played I will need the list to be emailed which will be provided through Square.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always shadowed my Uncle when he did his events to learn how to DJ. Music has always motivated me so I wanted to express my love for music by providing it to people for their events. Djing is a fun and exciting experience especially when you connect to the audience.
