Introduction: I do occasional cakes, cupcakes, desserts and wedding cakes out of my home. I have multiple fillings, flavors and three different icings to choose from. I have 20 years of experience, 13 of which I was employed at Piggly Wiggly. I managed the bakery there for seven years. I am an improviser and love decorating cakes. I do have a full-time job, so I need to plan ahead.
