- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing s set according to the services that are needed. If there is a task needed that does not apply to the description of each services then there will be an hourly rate charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am offering a 30 minute free consultaion for new clients to ask questions and get to know them so that I can offer the best options for their situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Argosy University with a Masters in Accounting. I have worked in the Accounting industry for 20 years.
