They responded quickly and arrived on time for the service appointment. They quickly determined that the power failure was only a failed wiring connector that they easily repaired. They tested the system and made sure it worked and has no leaks. They did have to charge a minimum labor fee of $40, but they didn’t try to say it was anything more complicated like the board or a power-module. So in the end, for $129 total I have a working dishwasher again!

Appliance Rescue was great! I needed the gasket rubber replaced because of mold. They gave me a range of what the service fee would be and sent out a tech. Unfortunately, I hadn’t thought to mention that it was stacked washer/dryer so the appointment needed to be rescheduled because two techs were needed to do the job. I reached out again and they were empathetic and also took ownership that they didn’t think to check against the model number either, and scheduled another appointment. Two guys came the next time and took care of it quickly. Also ran a sanitize cycle before leaving. Highly recommend!
