AJ is exceptionally knowledgable and professional. I absolutely love the fact that he meets face to face with potential clients in order to gain a better understanding of what their needs are. My particular business is a little outside the norm of AJ's other clients, but he was extremely accepting and even excited to take me on. I don't speak "geek" at all, but AJ explained everything to me so I could follow along with his suggestions and ideas.He definitely has a way of making sure you understand what he feels will benefit you and your business without making you feel like an idiot. I can't begin to express how comfortable I felt speaking with him and sharing ideas. I wish more people were as friendly and personable, yet professional, as AJ is.

I cant say enough about the talent and emphasis on it customer satisfaction that the Hauser Design Group exhibits. We handed them a mediocre website that we had designed for us a few years back that we were never really thrilled about. The Hauser Design Group handed us back a website that we are extremely proud of and look forward to using it as a key marketing tool for years to come. AJ, owner, goes beyond his way to make sure you are pleased with the work produced and is extremely easy to work with. One aspect that I am extremely pleased with was their ability to honor to the original quoted price. Throughout the project I had requested various changes, as ideas popped in my head, which only meant more time spent on designing the website than originally estimated. Even with these changes, AJ honored the quoted price and made sure the project was within budget. The Hauser Design Group is a design company that understands their clients objectives and the importance of producing a sharp website that will be used for marketing purposes. Look at portfolios and read referrals before anything else. Look for a designer or developer who can provide you with the results you need. Price is always negotiable - but as with everything, you get what you pay for. Be realistic, and if you have a problem with a designers price, ask them to explain it.
