Jim and Thomas did a great job for us and I would recommend them to everyone. They showed up on schedule and were very professional, taking the extra time to explain issues with our irrigation system and recommendations for service. We've used other vendors in the past and there's no comparison - Conserva Irrigation of NW Chicago is superior!

Mike was very professional and was able to diagnose and address my irrigation issues effectively. I appreciated him walking me through everything that he did. Much better than my experiences with other irrigation companies I have dealt with.

Wonderful experience! I called because I needed one sprinkler head and part of irrigation line moved prior to a generator install, and the other 2 companies backed out on me (job too small).Tim, the technician, called almost an hour ahead of time to say he'd be about 10 minutes late, and arrived when he said he would, woohoo!We walked the site, he got it moved, then ran through the cycles and zones to check his work and the system (to be certain was working right, another rare occurrence). He found a leaking pipe on the other side of the yard, showed it to me, and fixed it!I REALLY appreciate the work ethic everyone in the company demonstrated.

We had a great experience meeting with the team to set up service for our irrigation system to open up this spring. They were quick to respond and set up our appointment to meet with us. They called the day before to confirm our meeting time and did not leave us waiting. They took their time to answer all of our questions and concerns we had to make sure our irrigation system would be ready for operation. They were thorough looking over our system and were able to show us with a few small changes they could do to improve our yard watering coverage at a cost that we found very reasonable and would help save on our watering bill with these few moves. We are looking forward to building this relationship with the Consera Irrigation team on other improvements we are looking at for our families outdoor living enjoyment. We recommended them to our neighbors and friends that we enjoy sharing those summer outdoor get togethers with.
