Hire this guy. Stop wasting time scrolling and checking other reviews. Pretty sure this is the person you’ll want to work with. Very respectful, considerate, and will keep working til the entire job is done right. In my case, he didn’t have to redo anything since they got it right the first time! The only issue was shorter daylight times, but that’s entirely on me since I didn’t make the call til early October. I was afraid no one would work on my replacing all my windows and a couple of doors anymore since it’s already past summer but Jacob’s 1 Construction came through. No issue. I will be working with this company again in the future, yes, for other home exterior projects. I got lots of trust issues from numerous bad experiences but Jacob and his crew seem to have brought back my faith in hiring home improvement contractors. Excellent work ethic! There really are still good guys out there!
