- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I realize that the cost of an attorney can be very high. I keep my fees below the standard for an attorney in the Chicago area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin with a free consultation to discuss the nature of the issue and get to know my client better. I then do a full case analysis and formulate a plan to move forward and get the matter resolved keeping my clients interests and needs in mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed attorney in good standing with the State of Illinois. I am a member of the American Bar Association and the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers. I am also licensed in the United States Court for Northern District of Illinois.
