- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The minimum booking time is 2 hours, even if the job takes less time, as the travel to the client is not always close. Discounts are available for repeat clients and large projects. I’m always happy to discuss the details and offer a solution that is convenient and beneficial for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I go over the details of the job—what needs to be done, any specific requests, or special requirements. Then, we agree on a date and time that works for you. On the day of the job, I arrive on time with all the necessary tools and materials if needed. I make sure the work is done carefully and properly, and afterward, I check that everything is in order. If you have any questions or additional requests, I’m always happy to discuss them!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience with repairs and furniture assembly, as well as a broad skill set with tools. I continuously improve my skills by working on various projects and learning new techniques to ensure high-quality results for my clients.
