- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free 30-minute consultation to understand your business and specific needs. Depending on your current accounting records, we can do a diagnostic review to assess the accuracy of your books, identify any gaps or areas for improvement, and determine the best path forward. From there, we’ll provide a customized proposal outlining services, timelines, and pricing so we can move ahead with confidence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a team of two CPAs that have both worked in audit and accounting for the past 25 years. We both have a bachelors degree in Accounting and MBAs. We’re more than just bookkeepers, we’re professionals that really understand accounting and how important it is to record transactions accurately in order to ensure your small business receives all of the tax savings you deserve at tax time.
