- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is on a project by project basis, depending on the needs of the client, the length of the program, and the specific project that we agree on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started is obviously the first step and can be a bit intimidating. My process is to talk with the client on the phone for about 15 minutes and schedule an initial interview. We discuss the goals of the project and do a preliminary analysis of the current situation. I then provide the client with a proposal and we make a decision together to move ahead or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a PhD in cognition and decision making, and certifications in coaching from several coaching training programs - Newfield Network, Progressive Motivation Coaching, and The Alternative Board. Plus I have years of business experience in various management roles and have college teaching experience in business and engineering. All of this gives me the background and experience to work with clients in both coaching and consulting, as well as in motivational speaking. I am a member of Toastmasters International.
