They contacted me immediately after I requested quotes and showed up at the time stated. They did an excellent job.Dec 19, 2016Verified
Never hire this contractor, he showed up and removed snow one time and then refused to come back out claiming my brickwork damaged his snow blower on the worst snow storm we had to date, just left me hangingFeb 9, 2018VerifiedMark S.'s reply
Not a regular customer his paver drive was installed so poorly that it damage my blower . Repair was 120 dollars and I charged him 40 dollars then he called a few days latter and ask for me to do his snow I said I would not cause I wasn’t going to damage my machine again. He got mad call me name said it was my fault and I should still do it.
Mark contacted me immediately upon receiving the quote request, we discussed the issues with my sprinkler system (late shut down) and set times for possible windows to carry out project (weather-dependent). I received a text the morning of the day he said he was coming and was here on the spot. All repairs/services performed, at original quoted price, great transaction.Dec 17, 2017Verified
Mark is very responsive and professional. He sure shows great depth of knowledge about his trade. Only thing is the price seems too high for the project.Nov 19, 2017Verified
