- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Initial Contact: When a new customer reaches out to us, we start by having an initial conversation. This can be through a phone call, email, or an online inquiry. During this stage, we gather basic information about the project, including the type of painting needed and any specific requirements or preferences. If the project's complexity or your preference requires it, we will work with you to determine a suitable date and time for a on-site estimate. If we don't already have your information, we will send you a booking link where you can fill in your name, address, phone number, and other necessary details. This will get you onto our schedule, and you will receive an appointment confirmation with the scheduled date and time. 2) On-Site Estimate: On the scheduled date for the on-site estimate, we will arrive within the agreed-upon hour window. Our goal is to respect your time, and if any unforeseen delays occur, we will promptly notify you. During the on-site estimate, an experienced team member will assess the project in person. This step allows us to ensure that we fully understand your project's requirements and provide you with the most precise estimate possible. 3) Personalized Estimates: After our initial discussion or on-site consultation, we craft customized and comprehensive estimates. Our commitment to transparency ensures that our estimates are detailed and strive to encompass all pertinent information. 4) Discussion and Agreement: We thoroughly review the estimate with you, taking the time to address any questions or concerns you may have. Once all the details are agreed upon, and you're satisfied with the terms, you will sign the estimate. It's important to note that while this formalizes our agreement and helps us get you locked into our schedule, it doesn't mean that everything is set in stone. We remain flexible to accommodate any reasonable adjustments or changes that may arise to ensure your project proceeds smoothly and to your satisfaction. 5) Scheduling: We work with you to schedule the project at a time that is convenient for you. Our scheduling process is flexible, and we aim to accommodate your timeline as much as possible. During this period, we suggest considering your color preferences. Whether you have particular colors in mind or require assistance with color matching, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. To ensure a smooth start, we kindly ask that you share your color choices with us at least one week before the project start date. 6) Preparation and Painting: Prior to our team's arrival, we kindly request that you review the 'How You Can Prepare For Your Project' document, which is either included in your initial estimate or accessible in your portal. On the scheduled date, our skilled painting professionals arrive fully equipped and ready to commence work. We handle all essential preparations to ensure a smooth and efficient process. 7) Quality Assurance: Throughout the painting process, our team ensures that the work is being done to the highest standards. We perform quality checks and address any issues immediately to maintain the quality of the project. 8) Completion and Walkthrough: Once the project is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. Any touch-ups or adjustments are made as needed. 9) Payment and Documentation: We provide you with the final invoice, and payment is settled as agreed. 10) Follow-Up: Our commitment to customer satisfaction doesn't end with the project. We follow up with you to ensure you're happy with the results and address any post-project questions or concerns.
