- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we usually meet through phone or email due to referrals or this website. So we usually talk about what the customers needs are and if we can meet them. Then usually a face to face meeting to discuss exactly what the customer would like and to solidify a price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in the landscape business with a nursery in my home town and worked there through high school and college. Through on the job learning I was able to take away a lot of professional experience and information.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing landscape work for a local nursery in high school and through college. I have always enjoyed working outside, so I decided to start this business to keep me outside working and cause I enjoy doing work for others and seeing how happy they are with a job well done. Up to this point I have been able to build a small business on referrals alone.
