Introduction: I offer my home for dog boarding and training (sometimes called "doggy boot camp") at 2-3 week sessions. Your dog will live in my home, with me 24-7 the entire stay. He will be in a very structured, very routine environment, and I will work with him multiple times daily, 7 days a week. Board and train cover all basic obedience, the staple of all behavior issues. Having your dog in my home also provides me the opportunity to work on any home issues you may be having, rather than your dog staying in a kennel environment. Example: dashing out the door, counter-surfing, chewing the furniture, marking, etc... I also do one-on-one in your home sessions, where we work individually throughout a 6-week course which covers basic obedience, along with any individual issues you may be having in the home. I am available for individual in-home sessions as well. Have your pet experience a vacation boarding in my home. Don't send your pet to a kennel! They can stay with us in a home as part of our pack! Dogs - $25 per day Cat/Bird/Small Animal - $15 per day

Mike Graves was recommended to me because I was having trouble with my Pit Bull rescue Opie he was very fearful and I could barely get him to leave the house for a walk and if I did he would refuse to come back in and I had to carry him. When Mike arrived on March 1st I told him I had given up hope of Opie ever being "normal" and THEN a miracle happened, by the end of the session Opie was going in and out of the house and had learned to SIT! If I didn't see it with my own eyes I wouldn't have believed it. Mike worked with Opie for several weeks and he is doing great - he is still a bit fearful of strangers but is able function very well. Mike taught me a few things that first session that made all the difference. I would recommend him highly and when I travel Opie stays with him. It is the best thing that ever happened to us !

I love him. He tailor's the training to the individual dog and doesn't just "assume" a "style" like most trainers. He also has patience and takes the time to do it right. He gives great advice and knows what he is talking about. You and your dog will be lucky to work with him.
