The repair technician was very responsive, on time and professional with his work. I had a very old treadmill (25 years old) that needed maintenance: belt adjustment, glide switch adjustment and circuit board cleaning (from dust). Even though the technician could not get the treadmill back to its original condition when it was new, he was able to make it operable again so that it can be used. I can live with the speed glide switch sticking at least knowing what to do when it does. The technician did not beat around the bush nor did he try to sell something that I did not need. Overall, it was a good job.

Barry moved and serviced an older AFG 2.0 AT treadmill for me. He was able to do it within a few days of when I requested the quote. He gave a 2-hr window and both showed up and finished the work within that timeframe. The treadmill was completely disassembled and reassembled to make moving it easier. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Someone who will both move and service exercise equipment seems to be hard to come by, at least in my area, and so I would recommend Barry to others.

Arrived on time, moved very heavy fitness equipment down many narrow steps, were careful not to touch the new paint on the walls, and charged exactly what they said they would. Very happy with their service!
