Duct professor were great! Very upfront and honest. They were very responsive and had the best price. Four seasons tried to give us a furnace for the price of the whole system duct professor installed(furnace and ac).

Our AC was not working, and we got them to come out and check out the machine. He explained the issues with the machine. They recommended replacing the machine based on the age and issues with the machine. We went ahead and had the machine replaced. Within 48 hours, we had a new functioning machine.

I had an amazing experience. I came out later Thursday night to my water heater leaking water. After multiple calls to a few "24" hour emergency places that had no openings, I was beyond frustrated. I decided it's probably best to replace vs fix and reached out on thumbtack to see my options. Duct Professionals responded so quickly! Not only that but they had a whole proposal laid out for me to review, a great price, and were available to come that next morning. I had an appt I couldn't move at 1pm that day and was concerned that it would mess with the install. They let me know they would have their workers take a lunch break and come back when I was ready. I can't express how easy, transparent, and friendly everyone I worked with was. They even got the install completed before my appt!! Talk about impressed! So happy with the service and will be recommending them to all my friends and family!

I had a good and wonderful experience with Duct Professor HVAC. The company owner Alex is a really great guy. I scheduled a furnace tuneup so that way my furnace would be good and up and running for this winter coming up. I also decided to have the air ducts cleaned inside the furnace since it was really due for a air duct cleaning. The quality work for the entire project was phenomenal and I appreciated it a lot. I’ll definitely be contacting them again for any future HVAC services.
