Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: The first massage I ever learned was a Japanese Restorative massage with acupressure. The application is very rare to any massage most clients have experienced but the results are astounding! I like meeting new people with different concerns or goals for their sessions. The fact that customers seek touch therapy to minimize a variety of acute and chronic conditions is a testament to the profession as a whole.

Restorative Kneads's reply
Mr. Kyo: We have a non refundable policy with regards to massage packages. The massage package purchased were to be redeemed in the month they were purchased(April 2016). At that time three sessions remained. Because you were a loyal customer since Jan 2016, I waived that policy to ensure you received your remaining three sessions. The first on June 23rd you were not home without any notification. July 6th was your nxt appointment date which was fulfilled. This left a remainder of 2 sessions @ 70.00 per hour. Today again you were not home after confirming the appointment this morning. The only other option is for you to travel to 394 West 14 Place in Chicago Heights to receive a two hour session. This will fulfill my obligation to you.Travel to your location is extensive; therefore sessions need to begin promptly when scheduled. Best regards in the future, Reggie Clark, LMT

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

By law massage practitioners are required to complete at least 24 hours of continuing education every two years. I am always interested to learn new modalities ensuring quality services to you.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Trust your intuition as I do when consulting with clients. Seek someone with professional integrity; one who has good KOKUA ( Hawaiian for sense of trust).

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I want customers to know that massage therapists are the muscle experts. Being a therapist takes years of dedication, patience, endurance and a willingness to give.
