I needed the kitchen and 2 bathrooms of condo cleaned last minute before move in so I came to thumbtack. This team was quick to respond, friendly and on time. Since the place was empty she even offered me a discount. I am happy that she and her partner showed up on time but I am not happy that they showed up without the tools needed to complete everything. If you’re coming to specifically clean toilets please bring toilet bowl brushes etc....knowing that I wanted these 3 areas cleaned should have been an indication that I wanted them cleaned throughly. Corners of bathroom and showers not cleaned. Urine left at base of toilet. Dirt left behind toilets and in shower and tub. At first glance they looked good but neither bathroom appeared to have been really cleaned. They were not rushed and could have done better. I ended up redoing it myself.
