I not only pay a close attention to the charges, but always keep an eye on the collateral consequences of an arrest or the outcome. That is why my legal fee includes expungement (process of destroying police records) of the arrest or case disposition, if permitted by law. This ensures, that a simple mistake will not affect my client in the future!
