We offer competitive, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our rates vary depending on the type of service (heating, cooling, or electrical) and the scope of the job. We’re happy to provide a free estimate before any work begins. We also offer discounts for first-time customers. Emergency or after-hours service may include an additional fee, but we’ll always let you know upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, efficient, and customer-focused. Initial Contact: We respond quickly to learn about your issue and location. Assessment & Estimate: We may ask for photos or details and provide a free estimate. For complex issues, we can schedule an in-person inspection. Scheduling: Once you’re ready, we book a time that works best for you—often same-day or next-day. Service: We arrive on time, complete the work efficiently, and ensure everything is tested and safe. Follow-Up: We make sure you're satisfied and provide tips or recommendations if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is fully trained and certified in HVAC and electrical systems. We have completed formal training in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical systems through accredited trade schools and technical programs. Our technicians hold EPA certification for refrigerant handling, and we stay up to date with local codes, safety standards, and the latest industry technologies through ongoing training and hands-on experience.
