Before we sent our daughter off to college, we wanted to be sure she had some basic self defense training. Michael came to our house and trained her specifically for the self defense skills a young woman might need. It was a very effective training and we were very pleased. FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices start at $45 per hour. Group/Family rates are available as well as discounts for multiple session sign-up. The first session/consultation is free.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was overweight, but always liked and had a calling for Martial Arts. I set a goal for myself that if I started eating healthier and exercised more and reached a certain weight loss goal, I would reward myself by signing up for a Martial Arts class. I signed up for and attended my first class almost 15 years ago and have not stopped since.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

That Martial Arts and Self Defense is not just about physical agility; it is also about mental agility and that is something that I also incorporate into training.
