At Simply Pets, we make busy workdays a little easier for pet parents and a lot more fun for their pets!
We're a locally owned pet care company serving St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia, Aurora, Oswego, Yorkville, and surrounding communities since 2009. We specialize in recurring weekday dog walks and midday potty breaks, helping dogs get the attention, exercise, and routine they deserve while their people are at work.
We're not just popping in and checking a box. Our dedicated team gets to know your pet's personality, routines, favorite activities, and little quirks. After every visit, you'll receive a personalized update and photos, so you can see exactly how their day went.
We also offer in-home cat sitting and small animal care, subject to availability.
A few things to know: We schedule visits within flexible arrival windows rather than exact times, and we don't offer boarding or overnight stays.
Whether your dog needs a regular midday walking buddy or your cat needs some company while you're away, we'd love to get to know them!

Simply Pets has done an amazing job with our puppy. They have been walking him since he was 10 weeks old (and he isn't always easy to deal with). They are flexible with their schedule and always provide consistent service. They are professional and accommodating. The website/app is super easy and convenient to navigate. However, they are always just a phone call away. This truly is a premium pet care service. I love getting daily notes and pictures!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe great pet care should come with clear pricing and no guessing about what's included!
Our visits include personalized care, fresh water, feeding when needed, potty breaks or playtime, medication administration when applicable, and a photo journal after every visit.
Dog walking includes up to two dogs, and cat or small animal sitting includes up to three pets. Additional pets are $2 each. A 2% processing fee applies, and holidays have an $8 surcharge.
We also have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so we recommend making changes as early as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll learn a little about your pets, your location, and the kind of care you're looking for. We'll confirm that your needs fit our services and that we have availability in your area.
Next, you'll create a profile in our online pet care system, where you can share everything we should know about your pet's routine, personality, and care instructions. We'll also coordinate a complimentary meet & greet before your first visit.
Once everything is set up, you can request visits, update instructions, communicate with our team, and manage payments right from your phone.
After every completed visit, you'll receive a personalized journal with photos and updates. No wondering how your pet's day went!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Simply Pets isn't a gig platform or a collection of independent walkers. We're a professional, locally managed pet care team!
Our walkers and sitters are background-checked, trained, and pet CPR-certified. We emphasize safe handling, following each pet's individual care instructions, clear communication, and treating clients' homes with the same care we give their pets.
We also have team-based coverage, so when a regular walker is unavailable, we can coordinate care through another trained team member familiar with our procedures.
Simply Pets is insured through Pet Sitters Associates.
We know inviting someone into your home and trusting them with your pet is a big deal. We take that responsibility seriously.
