We used Simply Pets to take care of our loved ones over the weekend while we were gone. They followed all our instructions and kept us up to date on each walk with an email journal. I started using simply pets many years ago and stuck with them when the company was sold. Josie and team have been wonderful and have been fantastic with my dogs. I know I can always count on them to go for a midday walk when I'm in the office, and some days when working from home they still come by to take the dogs for a walk while I'm busy working. The online journals are fantastic and so is the automatic payment feature. One less thing for me to worry about. I also love the random pictures that are sent to me and the professional pictures that she has done a few times. Fantastic service!

Simply Pets is simply amazing! They are super professional to deal with and they take my dog on the extra long walks that he loves - I know that he is is in great hands with them. The notes they leave give me piece of mind. I also love using them for vacations care. Lou is in better hands than when he goes to one of those kennel places - he seems happier when i return home! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitively priced and all services such as a walk, fresh water, food, and medication are included under our price. Two dogs/three cats are included under our pricing making us a more affordable option (when compared to boarding).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a meet and greet over the phone or in-person to learn more about your pet/s needs and go over our policies. Then, we get you set up on our portal and app which makes it easy to schedule, cancel, receive journals, and pay.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team members are trained exactly the same way so you'll get the same high level of care no matter which of our pet professionals comes to take care of your pet.
We are insured and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates.
