- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept most PPO insurance plans and prequalify each patient. We call for the patient, get the benefits, let the patient know the pricing, and get the authorizations (if needed) and submit the claims to the insurance companies. Everyone knows ahead of time what the costs will be. We also take Visa, MasterCard or Discover card if you get rewards.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We tell clients that you will know within four to five sessions whether we are the right people to help you. The more open you can be in therapy, the faster things move along. Do not walk out of a session saying, "Well, that was a waste of time." Tell the psychologist what you think and feel, even if you think, "This is a bunch of baloney." We are willing to work with skepticism and are able and willing to deal with challenges. Speak up and be honest. You are paying for this service and we are there to help.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
When your friends are tired of listening, call us. We are more than just a "friendly ear". We are results oriented and research based with individualized services to bring you direction in your life and new ways of handling issues. The problem did not happen over and change does not occur immediately, but if you are willing to work on issues, long-standing problems can be resolved.
