I requested help from Performance Home Solutions yesterday. Mike contacted me immediately. He came out today cleaned and sanitized all the ductwork and also a mold inhibitor. Very friendly but most of all very professional. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this professional. I have him on speed dial!

Reached out in the evening for a mystery spot in our basement and had Mike come out the same night. He inspected the area and let us know his findings. He offered a solution and said he could take care of it on the spot. Mike was able to clean up the mold, take out the piece of carpeting that was the culprit of said stain, treat to prevent it from coming back, all in a timely manner. With a baby in the home, we were glad he was so quick to respond and provide his services. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and using him again!
