- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and tailored to the level of support you need. I typically charge a flat monthly rate based on the volume of transactions and services included (such as payroll, reconciliations, or reporting). This way, there are no surprise fees, and you always know what to expect. I also offer discounts for long-term commitments and bundled services. During our initial consultation, I’ll provide a clear quote so you can choose the option that best fits your business and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to keep things simple and stress-free. First, I start with a consultation to understand your business, goals, and current bookkeeping setup. Next, I review your existing records (if available) to identify what’s working well and where adjustments may be needed. From there, I set up or streamline your accounting system so everything is accurate and organized. Once we’re up and running, I provide regular bookkeeping, reports, and ongoing support, keeping you updated while making sure you always have a clear picture of your finances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a strong background in the finance industry, where I gained hands-on experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and client accounts. That foundation gave me a solid understanding of business operations and the importance of accurate recordkeeping. In addition, I’m a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, which means I’ve completed specialized training in QuickBooks and can help clients set up, manage, and optimize their accounting system with confidence.
