Full HVAC + Water Heater replacement: Excellent communication and honest sales pitch from Terrance. He didn’t try to upsell, and actually told me what I needed and what would be too much for a small 2bed condo in the city. Mike did an excellent job with the installation as well. Very refreshing experience compared to some of the other vendors we got quotes from. We originally wanted a full Rheem system but decided to go with Lennox just because of the great experience we had with Terrance.
