- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the each customers requirements and the go live planned. Based requirements provided we will provide an estimate for the same. We do provide discounts and repeat tasks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all projects set up a 15 min touch base with the customers. This can either be Zoom or phone call. This helps us to understand the specific requirements and helps in setting the expectation for what the customer can expect from us. We then have a follow-up call and based on our previous conversation, we provide a full proposal that lays out in detail deliverables, cost and turn-around time.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Please find someone who can: 1. Responsive to your queries and questions 2. Ability to communicate 3. Understand your requirements 4. Does not charge exorbitant price for the task. 5. Alway get a second opioning
