Val did an amazing job start to finish. He came in within a couple of hours of contacting him and gave me very good value estimates compared to others I got quotes from (and he did it very straightforward as opposed to others who gave me an hour long sales pitch). Then he gave me his opinion on best value and explained all the details. When it came to installing he took care of everything on his own. He removed the old unit and had that picked up, made sure the base for the condenser was straight before putting down the new unit and worked for almost 9hs straight ensuring no leaks were there, fixing what the prior installers had messed up and cleaning after himself. When done he walked me through everything and gave me a 2 year warranty on labor, which I’ll gladly extend after that since he did such an awesome job.
