- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and tailored to each client. We offer flat-rate or subscription packages for tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll so there are no surprises. Discounts may be available for bundled services or returning clients. While Thumbtack displays an hourly estimate for transparency, most of our clients choose flat-rate or monthly packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to learn about your goals. From there, we recommend the right service package, provide a clear engagement letter, and outline timelines. We use secure IRS-compliant tools to collect your information and make the process smooth and stress free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed CPA with years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, and financial advisory. My background includes work at top firms, and I stay current with IRS updates and accounting standards through continuing education.
