We had the pleasure of working with Troy recently for a barn painting mural on behalf of a client of ours. Exceptional work and quick responses to get everything completed.Jan 7, 2016
My husband and I hired Troy after seeing murals he had done downtown. We met him and looked at some of his work. He came out and gave us a quote that we agreed on. It is a fabulous mural of a Mexican Hacienda on our kitchen wall. It is 4 1/2 by 13 feet. He didn't finish until we were totally satified. Troy painted it in 2009 and it still looks perfect and it's in a sunny room. He was very professional, friendly, kept work area neat, can't say enough good things about him or the project.May 2, 2014
Troy is great! He's fun to work with and his work is beautiful. He did a mural at the nonprofit agency I work at and all of our kids LOVE it. It makes our office bright and cheerful!Apr 30, 2014

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based on many factors: complexity of the artwork, size of the wall, condition of the wall (does it need sealed and primed), location of the wall, distance of travel, etc. I consider all this and more in pricing and deliver a full proposal on every project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1) Initial Consultation (generally over the phone) to discuss the scope and get the ball rolling. 2) View the wall either in person or over the phone 3) Provide a proposal with a quick mockup with a time and cost estimate 4) Discuss terms and any needed permits, etc. 5) Approve proposal 6) Paint!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?20 plus years working in the design and marketing field, 15 plus years of customer relations work, 10 years of owning and operating my own business, 20 years of being a father, community activist, Christ follower and husband.
