After 6 Artistry

Introduction: I fell in love with the world of makeup and fashion in 2005 when I became an artist for Lancome. My positions in the cosmetic industry have varied from counter associate, to pro-team artist, to counter manager, and every position in between. I have had the privilege of meeting and working with some of the top artists in the industry and have learned something amazing from each one. In 2009, I decided to open an on-location artistry business called Looks By Jewell and took my love of makeup to the next level. As I started becoming an intimate part in women's most memorable events such as weddings and boudoir photo shoots, I realized that my love for helping a woman make her outer beauty match her inner beauty was what kept me wanting to be a makeup artist. In 2012, Looks By Jewell was transformed into After 6 Artistry, where I added Image Consultant to my title. My goal is still the same: to make women be as beautiful outside as they are inside. My hope is to not only aid women in finding makeup trends that match their personalities, but also help with wardrobe and style decisions. I am so happy to be continuing my journey in this profession, and I thank you so much for taking it with me.
