Ciudadanos de Mundo (Citizens of the World)

Introduction: I teach Spanish to persons of all ages. (I have experience teaching at all age levels, from 2 through 93 and from preschool students to assisted-living residents.) I take every opportunity to teach the language because I love Spanish, and I enjoy being able to share it with others. I use a variety of techniques; some of my lessons are traditional, the paper and pen type, but I use CDs and tapes a great deal. I stress kinesthetic activities, using movement, rythm and song to enhance learning. Students participate in conversations on a regular basis. I use small figurines and similar tools, depending on interest/age level of students. I like to design lessons geared toward a student's interest.
