- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I've worked for agencies who are very expensive. I'm not greedy and don't have the overhead that these agencies have, so my pricing really fits within the marketing budget for small business owners or startups. My pricing is not firm....I want to see you succeed and when you do I feel as I do as well so I'm willing to negotiate to whatever you can afford.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give my new customers a personal touch and I'm very easy to work with. I'm not robotic where I take your information down and just do the job. I try to get to know more about you and your business first so that I understand what you are looking for when it comes to web design or the specific keywords that you would like to show up in the search engines. If you provide keywords that people aren't really searching for in your area, I'll provide data and suggest better keywords to use. I have many customers that know nothing about the web because their expertise is their business, not being a web geek like myself. I walk you though and explain things so that it is easy to understand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life is about life long learning. I keep up with SEO and Digital Marketing on a DAILY basis through newsletters or webinars. I frequently go to SEO and Digital Marketing conferences, expos, workshops, and training. I have a Bachelor Degree in Communications (SUMMA CUM LAUDE honors) with a specialization in Emerging Media Communications (Internet Marketing, Social media, Technical writing, HTML5, CSS, Rapid Visualization, etc...). However, I received the majority of my training through hands on work experience working as a Director, Manager, and Team Lead for online marketing agencies and large corporations such as Zacks Investment Research, CCC Information Services (ranked the 5th top tech company in Illinois), Cancer Treatment Centers of America, and other corporations through my 15+ years of experience.
