Introduction: I care more for my clients than I do with my self. I want what's best for my clients, so I would sometimes extend training sessions just so I can finish knowing that they are getting the most effective workout to achieve their fitness goals in the appropriate amount of time. I want what's best for my clients, I want them to get more comfortable working out and see results! When I gain a client I'm 100% devoted to them, If their not enjoying it, i'm not enjoying it, if their succeeding, i'm succeeding.
What I enjoy most about Personal Training is the people, learning about them and putting them in my shoes. I absolutely love to see my clients achieve their goals, there is nothing more rewarding than my clients tell me how happy they are with how they are progressing and reaching their fitness goals! I work with all sorts of different clients, toning, weight loss, strength, and even muscle gaining.
