- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to introduce myself and let the customer know a little about my experience. Then I like to understand what they are looking for and finally let them know how I can help. On the first quote i will include my pricing sheet so you can pick which service works best for you. We will then work together to find out when the job needs to be completed and work with your schedule. For Drone Photography it is best to fly and take photos on sunny days!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of technology related training / education and experience. I have worked both as a consultant for multiple organizations and as an employee for a single company always in enterprise technology. I have been flying Unmanned Aircraft's for the past year recreationally. I studied how can you use a Unmanned Aircraft for commercial purposes, and identified you need to be licensed in FAA Part 107. My certificate is good for two years (April 2020) before I need to re-qualify.
