What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State of Illinois requires a miminium of 12 credit hours each renewal period. The Inter-National Association of Certified Home Inspectors which I am a member requires a miminium of 24 credit hours yearly to maintain our Certification status. We also continue to read all the latest publications to keep up with changes in the market.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After 30 years as President of Kollias Builders, Inc, a custom builder of Single and Multi-family residences and owner of a full service remodeling company I was looking for something that I could apply my years of experience that would educate and benefit others. Home Inspection was a perfect fit. Happy I did.
