Mr Chinedu Onyejekwe has worked on my wife’s and my computers on several occasions. Since neither of us are technically trained in the inner workings of computers, we need someone that is patient and willing to take the time to listen carefully to what we have observed. After he has done the initial screening, he utilizes software and other techniques to proceed with repairing the machine(s). when appropriate, he recommends replacing or repairing the machines. Before making recommendations as to repair or replace, he has done the research necessary to justify either decision and back it up with a cost analysis.
In a recent experience, my wife and I were both working in the same office when a power surge hit. Her machine quit working and we were unable to revive it ourself, so called Chinedu and he was there that same day and with a few days had determined that her machine had been damaged, but also determined that her machine was still under warranty and called and confirmed that the company would come to his house with repairs and it would not cost us anything. He off-loaded all data from her machine and once repaired, he reloaded all data and had machine in our hands within 4-5 days.
Not sure how many times he has worked on our machines, but the most a machine was gone was 2-3 days. He always kept us informed of progress on machines
He is a friendly person, outgoing, but not overbearing. He is a good business man, does whatever he can to satisfy customers. I would highly recommend him to my friends and colleagues.

Chinedu listens thoroughly to assess and resolve computer issues without judgment for my lack of knowledge of the correct terminology. I feel completely confident in the work Chinedu does, and he often upgrades the performance of my computers far beyond my already high expectations.

Chinedu made updates and fixed my 9 year old MacBook Pro. It runs just as well as the first day I opened it, so I know I’ll be able to get a few more good years out of my machine! Chinedu seriously rocks!

It’s so hard to find a tech guy that will take the time to hear your problem (no matter your IT level) and be patient enough to keep working at it until it’s fixed. I also like that he could help me remotely and I didn’t have to take my laptop to any shop.
