Casear was one of four HVAC technicians that had come to provide an estimate to replace my central furnace (gas burner + blower). Of all 3 others (4 including the AHS warranty contractor), Caesar's estimate and attitude were the most accurate, thoughtful and well presented.

There was very little "sales" going on. The session felt more like an education and he presented his chosen furnace unit including its benefits, is lineage (who built it, what else they build) and performance specs (e.g. stainless steel heat exchanger) to qualify his estimate. He provided the same details on the estimate so I could do research separately.

Once approved to work, he worked out a time to come and we texted a couple times and he was already off to work. He worked respectfully and quickly throughout the day. First, he laid down protective padding so he didn't damage the floor and then he got to work dismantling the old unit and carefully reinstalling the new one. It took him an extra half day to do the work, but he was very good about cleaning up the worksite so I didn't have any shards to contend with on the ground from what would clearly leave a nasty metal cut if someone hadn't been careful. He came back the next day, finished the install and was out before I knew it.

Every piece of equipment and line he installed/re-installed were done with care. He put in reinforcing bolts and holsters to ensure all the PVC lines, water lines and electric lines were securely mounted to the unit, safely out of the way, and firmly in place without damaging anything or the unit itself. You can tell he REALLY cares about the quality of his work.

He gave me a full tour of the unit and left the instructions in a handy pouch. Again, everything left super tidy and oganized.

And, interestingly, of the dozen or so contractors that have worked in my house, he was one of the only (if not the only one) that actually intentionally parked out of the way of my garage doors so I could get in and out easily even though it added another 20 feet to access his van.

This guy was one of the absolute nicest, most considerate and professional contractors to set foot in my house. I left him with a giant thanks & invited him to come back for some follow-on work. Then I promised to write him a good review!

I will no longer be looking for any other HVAC contractors in this area. Caesar's the last one I'll need.

Working with Cesar has been a breeze. He was on time for the estimate and the job. Gave us a very reasonable quote to install new duct work for our Kitchen and he also made sure that my bathroom ducts are properly vented out through the roof. We had a difficult installation since our roof height was restricting and the attic was full of blown-in insulation. Cesar made sure to work around that and left the job site neat and clean after the work. He also gave a very reasonable estimate and the quality of work is also impeccable. He was very willing to listen to our needs and work out a solution that works best for us. I will gladly work with Cesar in future for any of my HVAC needs.
