PALV combined great quality of work with outstanding communication. Their on-site estimate was quick, clear, and itemized. Scheduling with them was easy, and once they got to work they moved really quickly. I appreciated the prep work and disposal they did to keep the work area neat. They worked meticulously and carefully, easily handling some uneven terrain and shrubbery in the way. They even came up with a clever workaround for an unruly bush blocking the fence's path that kept the project moving and looking good. They were excellent about confirming what I wanted when there was any question, and about making sure I was happy with the work before they departed. They finished quicker than their estimated time, and we're really pleased with the new fence. A great experience!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk with the customer to understand exactly what they need whether it's repairs, new builds, or custom work. I offer a free estimate after seeing the job in person or getting enough details. Once we agree on the scope and price, we schedule the work at a time that’s convenient. Throughout the project, I keep open communication so the customer knows what’s happening every step of the way. My goal is to make sure the job is done right and the customer is 100% happy.
