I truly appreciated how they cleaned up after themselves even going above and beyond. One thing that was frustrating was that I was told they would be coming one day at a certain time frame, but at the end of that timeframe, I got a message saying they wouldn’t be coming. The work got done later in the week, however. This was our first time working with a larger company that isn’t located in our area but has technicians in our area. When we couldn’t see reviews for our specific technicians, we were very uncertain about who we were hiring and what their abilities were like. It felt like we were taking a risk, but I really appreciate that Ben worked through that with us. I’m really thankful it all worked out. Ben and his team were great!"See more
