- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair and comparable if not better than the competition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customer or old customers the process is the same. Respond asap, listen the needs/wants of the customer, offer options if applicable, and make the the customer happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience is my education. I have been in the trades since I was 18 with electrical being the main focus for the last 15+ years.
