- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have simplified forms. We make every effort to show the bottom-line price the first time. Nobody likes a used car haggle. So we try to reduce the stress and reinforce the trust.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We read a dozen trade magazines, online blogs, and upcoming trend outlooks, every month. The web is always evolving, so we have to keep up on that. As far as printing & signage goes, we keep up with the newest technology but we let the new stuff prove itself before we show our clients. We only want the best.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's what we have always loved to do. Brand image management in 3 primary areas of today's business world: Signage, Printing, Websites. These are the major touch points of today's market.
