Every CEO deserves to work with Corporate Learning Institute. Tim is excellent at getting to know the person he is coaching through assessments and profiles. He helps you find clarity and takes your work situations, applies them to learning tools and provides invaluable resources. We have kicked off our strategic plan process and are learning a new and innovative way to create a strategic rolling plan. All levels of staff are involved and fully engaged. The energy in our office has been dialed up several notches with this process and staff are excited about their opportunity for growth as they plan our future. The thing I appreciate most is that Tim talks a lot about bandwidth i.e., your ability to get something extra done while still focusing on your job. He cautions us about not taking on too much so that we are successful and this plan becomes a document we live and not one on a shelf collecting dust.
