- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is typically a fixed fee price. This is a preferred fee structure since every job is different. I can also do an hourly fee but it is very hard to give an overall cost of a project when it is hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to talk over the phone to discuss your project. I would then come to the customers home to discuss more and to see the project in person (if it is a remodel or addition). After the initial in person meeting I would then send the customer a proposal for the fee to complete the project. Once the project begins I will work with the customers to achieve the design they are looking for, as well as maintain their budget for the project.
