- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contacting them to set up a time with for an estimate if the choose to be home, if not I can still come out to provide a written estimate, which will outline specifically the work we intend to perform. Once given a go ahead I will schedule job within 5 to 7 days weather permitting. We will do all work outlined with meticulous clean up. And then once the customer is completely satisfied I will ask for payment.
